
Preparation for Angelic Soul Alignment Healing Session
Session Flow

The session can take about 2-2.5 hours and is on ZOOM VIDEO.

The first 25 minutes of the session is an interview, then we will take a 5 minute break to allow you to use the restroom and set yourself up in your bed/couch, and then the Angelic Soul Alignment Healing will begin.

When the session is over I will gently bring you out of your rest state, and I will share with you what was healed. You will also have an opportunity to share how the session felt or any messages you received during the healing and to ask questions about the healing.

Setting up your space

Be in a quiet space for the session.

Create a comfortable place to lay down on for the healing part of the session (ie bed, couch, or ground).

Ensure that you can set up your camera so that I can see you when you are laying down.

I recommend physically cleaning your space before the session, if you have the energy to do this.

You may keep your dogs and cats around as they help energetically with your session (unless they will make a lot of noise).

Ensure that you are within your home and not a hotel room. Energetically there is a vast amount of negative energies within hotel spaces because of how many people pass through. If your home is not possible, ensure that it is an Airbnb private home.

Consider creating a space where you have natural materials around you that feel nourishing and nurturing to you (flowers, plants, wool blankets, cotton clothing, crystals, etc.).

Have a drink or smoothie nearby to hydrate and nourish your body.

Technology Set-up

Laptop, Tablet, or Phone with ZOOM application installed and VIDEO on

I recommend using a laptop, but phone or tablet will work fine as long as able to keep it charged throughout the session.

Ensure you have a working camera on your laptop/tablet/phone. I will need to see at least the top half of your body while you are laying down.

Ensure you download the Zoom application prior, test the camera and mic settings, and make sure your device is fully charged.

Headset:

If your session is online, you may want to use a headset to ensure the sound quality is optimal. I personally also like a headset because it helps me to not hear outside noises. For a laptop I use the Insignia Headset found at Best Buy for only $19.99 (at time of creating this) if you will be purchasing one.

Eye Mask

Some people like to use an eye mask during the session to block out any light coming in. You are free to use one if it helps you in the session.

After Session Care
-
Be aware of how you are feeling after an Angelic Soul Alignment Healing session, and be mindful of the rest of your day.
-
Prepare to not drive for 3 hours after your session (and as long as you feel it necessary). This is recommended while your body goes through its healing process.

You may experience physical detox symptoms afterwards (depending on the level of toxicity in your body) including but not limited to - diarrhea, vomiting, tiredness/sleepy.

It is recommended to take the day of session off from other commitments to allow the process of self healing.
Set Clear Intentions
There are several reasons one might seek a session, and being able to convey this will be most helpful to your practitioner as it shapes what gets healing in the session. These can include physical symptoms, illness, soul blockages, relationship challenges, traumas, triggers, etc. Please clearly communicate these to me in the interview and strive to bring depth to your communication so you can receive the deepest level of healing possible.
Hydration & Nutrition
Being well-hydrated and physically comfortable sets the stage for you to access deeper energetic clarity and somatic presence. Aim to:

Eat a snack or light meal prior to your session. If you are following Medical Medium lifestyle, eat a caloric dense meal prior to session and/or during the break (dates, smoothies, potatoes, etc.). Don’t start our session by being hungry. Have a snack with you for post session.

You can sip on a smoothie and/or water throughout your session

Energetic Shielding
Because this session involves deep energetic work, having a basic shielding practice helps you feel more grounded, clear, and energetically contained.
​
Energetic shielding is not about fear or force — it is a simple practice of strengthening your energetic boundaries so you can move through deep healing work with greater clarity, sovereignty, and stability.
​
While I maintain strong energetic containment for our work together, developing your own shielding practice supports:

Feeling more emotionally and energetically grounded

Maintaining clear personal boundaries

Reducing energetic overwhelm for sensitive systems

Strengthening your sense of safety during deep inner work

Integrating the session more smoothly afterward
If you already practice shielding, continue with the method that feels most natural to you.
If you are newer to this practice, you may use the foundational shielding technique I have written below. This method is simple, effective, and designed to support energetic clarity without strain or force.

Approach shielding as a gentle awareness practice — not something you need to perfect. The intention of grounding and containment is more important than rigid technique.
Shielding Practice
The MerKaBa was used to create this Universe. It is a rotating, geometric, crystalline Light-Energy field that extends around the body. It is organic to our universe and your body. It is something we can activate to assist us in our ascension process, both helping to bring in Source energy and to expel out negative energy, and to protect us.

A MerKaBa consists of 2 four-pointed pyramids, one pointing up and one pointing down. The top pyramid rotates clockwise, drawing in Source energy. The bottom pyramid rotates counter-clockwise, expelling out dark energy.

Instructions
-
Sit with your eyes closed, do a simple grounding meditation and draw source energy down to you, while sitting in prayer position with your hands, against your chest. If you do not know what a grounding meditation is, then email me and I will send you a guided grounding meditation.

Activate your heart. You can do this by remembering someone you love or a beautiful memory or imagining something beautiful.
-
Then start rubbing your hands together, imagining the love moving from your heart down your arms into your hands. The hands are a natural extension of the heart chakra.

Start forming a ball of energy in your hands, and imagine this as your golden Merkaba.
-
Imagine the top pyramid of the pyramid spinning clockwise, pulling energy in from Source. And the bottom pyramid spinning counter-clockwise, expelling energy from you, into the Earth, to be transmuted.

Extend your hands apart, enlarging the golden MerKaBa as you do this. Place the pyramid around you, and you inside of it.

I recommend doing this twice a day, in the morning first thing and in the evening at sunset.
Start practicing the Meditation and Shielding the minute you book your session to ensure the least amount of infringement prior to your session. I have found many clients feel clearer once they start this practice. This will aid in preparing you to be the highest vibration you can be for your session. I recommend continuing this practice after your session. You can add in additional shields that you feel called to use.
