Booking & Session Policies

BOOKING & PAYMENT

All appointments are booked through the provided booking link. After booking, you will receive a calendar invitation with your session details, including instructions for joining via Zoom.

A stable internet connection is required for all sessions. Clients are responsible for ensuring Zoom is installed and up to date prior to the appointment.

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking via the payment method provided in the booking platform. If you would like to pay via Venmo, you must arrange this in advance. Other payment methods, including bank transfers, are not accepted.

 

REFUNDS, RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS

All payments are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances.

Sessions are reserved specifically for you.

Each session may be rescheduled one time only, and must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours of your session. Within this 48-hour window, your appointment is considered locked and cannot be changed.

Clients may cancel an appointment at any time. However, all canceled sessions are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled, credited, or refunded.

If a session is rescheduled more than once, it will be treated as a cancellation and the session will be forfeited.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session must be submitted via email. Canceling within this window does not preserve the session and will still result in forfeiture.

Repeated rescheduling or misuse of the booking system may result in scheduling restrictions, including removal of self-booking access.

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct time zone and ensuring the correct email address is entered at the time of booking. Errors that result in a missed session are the responsibility of the client and will not be rescheduled.

This policy applies to all services, including group sessions, unless otherwise stated.

 

SESSION EXPIRATION

Discovery calls are only offered one time per client.

Single sessions must be used within three (3) calendar months from the date of purchase.

Three-session packages must be used within three (3) calendar months from the date of the first scheduled session.

Any unused sessions after this time period will be forfeited without refund or credit.

Clients are responsible for tracking their own session timelines and ensuring all sessions are used within the stated period.

 

TRANSFERS

Sessions may only be transferred prior to the scheduled appointment and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Transfers are only permitted:

  • Between sessions of equal value

  • For the same client

A $25 transfer fee applies to all approved transfers.

Canceled, missed, or forfeited sessions are not eligible for transfer under any circumstances.

Packages are not transferable.

There are no transfers for Group Workshops, Group Healings, or Community Calls.

 

LATE SHOW & NO SHOW POLICY

Clients are expected to arrive on time for all sessions.

If a client is more than 10 minutes late or does not attend the scheduled session, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without refund or reschedule. If a client is more than 3 minutes late to a Discovery, Complimentary, or Introductory Call, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without refund or reschedule.

Rescheduling for late arrivals or missed sessions is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the Practitioner, and only in cases of true emergencies (e.g., loss of internet, medical emergency, etc.).

There are no late arrivals permitted for Group Shadow Work and Group Healing sessions beyond the stated grace period.

For Group Community Calls, clients may join late or not attend and will still receive the recording, if available.

 

GROUP WORKSHOPS & GROUP HEALING SESSIONS

All Group Workshops and Group Sessions are final sale and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for rescheduling or credit under any circumstances.

Clients may cancel their attendance at any time; however, canceling does not entitle the client to a refund, reschedule, credit, or transfer. All canceled spots are forfeited.

Clients must arrive on time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. If a client does not join within the first 5 minutes of the session start time, they will be considered a no-show, and their spot will be forfeited.

Access to the session recording is only provided to clients who attend live and join within the first 5 minutes. Clients who arrive late or do not attend will not receive the recording.

Recordings, when provided, are a courtesy and do not replace live participation. Lack of access to a recording does not qualify for a refund, reschedule, or credit.

 

POLICY AGREEMENT

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed at the time of booking.

Policies may be updated at any time and will apply to all future bookings. Clients are responsible for reviewing the most current policies prior to scheduling.
