Refunds & Purchases

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

All appointments are booked via a booking link provided to clients. You will receive a calendar invite with the booking information, including the information for how to join the appointment via device or computer. Internet connection is required for all appointments. All appointments are conducted via Zoom. It is expected that you keep Zoom up to date ahead of sessions so that there are no delays.

PAYMENT METHOD

​

All payments must be made in advance of appointments via the Paypal link provided to the client in the booking platform. If you would like to pay by Venmo, please contact me via Instagram. Alternative forms of payments like bank transfers are not acceptable.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

​

There are no refunds after payment is made. Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments 24 in advance of scheduled appointment times.

​

Clients are responsible for confirming the correct time zone for their appointment at the time of the booking, including understanding the difference between an AM or PM appointment. A confirmation email includes the session time in the time zone you selected. If the Client makes an error in their time or timezone and inadvertently misses their appointment, the client will not receive a reschedule.

 

Clients are responsible for using the correct email address at the time of booking their sessions. If the incorrect email address is used by the Client and that results in a missed session, the client will not receive a reschedule.

TRANSFERS

​

Sessions are ONLY transferable if the session being transferred from and to are of equal price, and must be transferred to the same client. The transfer must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Packages are not transferable. There is a $25 transfer fee for all session transfers.

There are NO transfers for Group Workshops. Clients must show up on time to participate to Group Workshops (No Late Shows) and receive recordings, if available.

LATE SHOW or NO SHOW

​​

The Client is expected to show up on time to individual sessions. For individual sessions, if the client does not show up to the scheduled paid appointment, the client will lose their session and will not receive a refund. If the client is late to a scheduled appointment by 10 minutes or more, the Client will lose their session and will not receive a refund. Rescheduled appointments for late shows are by discretion of the Practitioner only, and will only be made in the event of unavoidable issues like loss of internet, loss of phone lines, 911 emergencies, etc. 

 

There are no LATE SHOWS accepted for Group Shadow-work Sessions and will result in losing your spot in the group session.

 

For Group Community Calls, clients can show up late (or not show up at all) and still receive the session recording.
