Refunds & Purchases

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

All appointments are booked via a booking link provided to clients. You will receive a calendar invite with the booking information, including the information for how to join the appointment via device or computer. Internet connection is required for all appointments. All appointments are conducted via Zoom. It is expected that you keep Zoom up to date ahead of sessions so that there are no delays.

PAYMENT METHOD

All payments must be made in advance of appointments via the Paypal link provided to the client in the booking platform. If you would like to pay by Venmo, please contact me via Instagram. Alternative forms of payments like bank transfers are not acceptable.

REFUND & CANCELLATIONS

​

There are no refunds after payment is made. Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments 24 in advance of scheduled appointment times.

LATE SHOW or NO SHOW

​

The Client is expected to show up on time to all sessions. If the client does not show up to the scheduled paid appointment, the client will lose their session and will not receive a refund. If the client is late to a scheduled appointment by 7 minutes or more, the Client will lose their session and will not receive a refund. Rescheduled appointments for late shows are by discretion of the Practitioner only, and will only be made in the event of unavoidable issues like loss of internet, loss of phone lines, 911 emergencies, etc.
