In preparation for your session, please read the items below thoroughly.

Session Flow & Duration
Your Quantum Soul Transformation Healing session is a deep, integrative process that spans 4-5 hours and includes:

Energetic healing work that opens and supports deep release

Guided inner healing work and somatic/energetic integration

Time for grounding and reflection
Most clients experience lasting shifts that continue unfolding for days afterward.

Physical Space & Comfort
Choose a comfortable, quiet space where you can be uninterrupted throughout the session. Natural, calming surroundings (plants, blankets, soft lighting) help create a stable, grounded environment. Dress comfortably. Having your pets nearby is perfect if they support your sense of calm and presence. Please be in a home, and not in a hotel (hotel rooms are not clear energetically and can interfere with this level of healing work). The session structure includes bathroom breaks, and you can use the restroom as needed throughout the session.

Set Clear Intentions for Your Session
Before your session, take time to reflect on why you’re booking. Being able to describe your goals clearly will make your initial conversation with me more effective. Common intentions include:

Releasing long-standing emotional or somatic patterns

Healing of chronic illness symptoms that are challenging to work through on your own

Increasing inner clarity and energetic coherence

Strengthening emotional resilience and embodied presence

Removing negative entities or energies from your field

Technology Setup

Computer or Phone with ZOOM application installed and VIDEO on

I recommend using a computer, but phone will work fine as long as able to keep it charged throughout the session.

The session will be video recorded and sent to you the same day. Ensure you download the Zoom application prior, test the camera and mic settings, and make sure your device is fully charged.

Headset:

If your session is online, ensure to have a headset with a mic; one like the Apple headphones or gaming headset. For a laptop I recommend Insignia Headset found at Best Buy for only $19.99 (at time of creating this) if you will be purchasing one. Having the proper technology with a mic will ensure that the volume will be adequate on the recording. Your phone will work just fine, and a wi-fi connection will ensure that Zoom will have a strong connection during the meeting.

After Session Care:
It’s common to feel reflective, emotionally soft, or more somatically aware after deep healing work. Your body and nervous system are integrating new patterns, so be gentle with yourself by:

Resting or taking leisurely time afterward

Drinking water and eating balanced meals

Journaling or reflecting on insights

Take your time re-entering high-pressure environments — your body and field need space to settle.

Shadow Work as Foundational Practice
Because Quantum Soul Transformation Healing takes you deeper than typical sessions, having a regular inner work practice supports you in navigating the session with more clarity and integration. I generally recommend at least 3 shadow-work sessions with focused reflection or journaling prior to this session — though some clients are ready sooner, and others take more time.
Hydration & Nutrition
Being well-hydrated and physically comfortable sets the stage for you to access deeper energetic clarity and somatic presence. Aim to:

Eat a snack or light meal prior to your session. If you are following Medical Medium lifestyle, eat a caloric dense meal prior to session and/or during the break (dates, smoothies, potatoes, etc.). Don’t start our session by being hungry. Have a snack with you for post session.

You can sip on a smoothie and/or water throughout your session
Mindset & Presence
Come to your session with openness and self-compassion rather than specific expectations. Every session unfolds uniquely, and the work is most effective when you stay present with your experience rather than trying to control outcomes.

Energetic Shielding
Because this session involves deep energetic work, having a basic shielding practice helps you feel more grounded, clear, and energetically contained.
​
Energetic shielding is not about fear or force — it is a simple practice of strengthening your energetic boundaries so you can move through deep healing work with greater clarity, sovereignty, and stability.
​
While I maintain strong energetic containment for our work together, developing your own shielding practice supports:

Feeling more emotionally and energetically grounded

Maintaining clear personal boundaries

Reducing energetic overwhelm for sensitive systems

Strengthening your sense of safety during deep inner work
-
Integrating the session more smoothly afterward
If you already practice shielding, continue with the method that feels most natural to you.
If you are newer to this practice, you may use the foundational shielding technique I have written below. This method is simple, effective, and designed to support energetic clarity without strain or force.

Approach shielding as a gentle awareness practice — not something you need to perfect. The intention of grounding and containment is more important than rigid technique.
Shielding Practice
The MerKaBa was used to create this Universe. It is a rotating, geometric, crystalline Light-Energy field that extends around the body. It is organic to our universe and your body. It is something we can activate to assist us in our ascension process, both helping to bring in Source energy and to expel out negative energy, and to protect us.

A MerKaBa consists of 2 four-pointed pyramids, one pointing up and one pointing down. The top pyramid rotates clockwise, drawing in Source energy. The bottom pyramid rotates counter-clockwise, expelling out dark energy.

Instructions:
-
Sit with your eyes closed, do a simple grounding meditation, while sitting in prayer position with your hands, against your chest.
-
Activate your heart. You can do this by remembering someone you love or a beautiful memory or imagining something beautiful.
-
Then start rubbing your hands together, imagining the love moving from your heart down your arms into your hands. The hands are a natural extension of the heart chakra.
-
Start forming a ball of energy in your hands, and imagine this as your Merkaba.
-
Imagine the top pyramid of the pyramid spinning clockwise, pulling energy in from Source. And the bottom pyramid spinning counter-clockwise, expelling energy from you, into the Earth, to be transmuted.

Extend your hands apart, enlarging the MerKaBa as you do this. Place the pyramid around you, and you inside of it.

State four times, as you do this: "I Invoke the infinite Source Love-Light in Me." Speaking your intention will amplify the work you are doing with your imagination and hands.

I recommend doing this twice a day, in the morning first thing and in the evening at sunset.
Start practicing the MerKaBa Meditation and Shielding regulary. I have found many clients feel clearer once they start this practice. This will aid in preparing you to be the highest vibration you can be for your session.
