Intuitive wellness coaching, single sessions and packages, integrate the foundational elements of my approach to healing - nutritional guidance, energy healing, and inner work- tailored to your specific needs.

Intuitive Reading two session package includes one Intuitive Energy Scan that identifies root imbalances in your physical body, Nutritional Guidance using the Medical Medium body of information as a foundational tool, and a 6 month Supplement Plan. It is designed to help you understand where you are in your physical healing journey and teach you how to accelerate your healing. This option is perfect for someone just starting out with Medical Medium protocols who needs foundational support to get started or for someone who feels stuck in their physical healing journey and wants to fine tune their process and accelerate their healing.

 

Intuitive Wellness Coaching sessions will give you greater clarity on specific areas of healing, and are also great for returned clients who have already completed a package and need occasional support. These sessions can include detox support, spiritual guidance, energy healing, and inner-work, depending on your needs at that time. The Intuitive Energy Scan option is available to anyone that has either completed a Wellness Package or Intuitive Reading Session Package with me. I am intuitively guided on where to go with these sessions based on what the Client shares with me.

The Holistic Wellness Package allows us to dive deep, to really fine tune your process, accelerate your healing, and empower you to become your own healing expert. This is the gold star of all my offerings as it allows us to go deep into the various of aspects of your healing and provides email support between sessions. These packages include monthly Intuitive Energy Scan to help us track your detox and healing progress, Nutritional Guidance for how to best cleanse for accelerated healing results, a 6 month Supplement Plan with guidance on when to start and stop supplements, Energy Healing, and Inner Work.
